Brain GAIN! The ultimate dialogue about talent & skills in times of AI

Are you an IT Executive? If so, Join us at the very first CIO Day. This is the essential learning and networking event for top CIOs and IT directors.

Theme for the day is: Brain GAIN! The ultimate dialogue about talent & skills in times of AI. We’ll be brainstorming talent & skills challenges and solutions, we’ll discuss retention strategies and building “AI-ready” IT teams and we’ll be unpacking the goal to accelerate digital skills tenfold among young South Africans to build a digital powerhouse. Besides this, we’ll also debate ways to build a cybersecurity-aware culture and consider the IT talent landscape across the whole of Africa.

You will be hearing from the likes of Mteto Nyati (Chairman BSG), Vukani Mngxati (CEO Accenture Africa), Glen Krynauw (CIO programme lead at Deloitte) and a host of other leading CEOs and CIOs. A keynote will be delivered by the award-winning founder, author and World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer Jos Dirkx. In her talk Why Great Ideas Die she will interrogate how to drive ROI and leverage collective intelligence within your IT team.

Over a 3-course lunch from their legendary Aurum restaurant will be included!
