Kim Hartlev got his professional start as a software architect at Mobilethink. Over the next six years he was promoted to head of operations and then CTO.  Kim then moved on to hold the position of CTO at Synchronica. Myriad Group and Morvitu. His next move saw him take on the role of head of operations at Sainsbury’s, a year later he was promoted to CTO. Kim had a brief stint as CTO of MatchesFashion before being appointed Group CIO of Richemont in August 2019. He has a BSc. Honours from Aarhus University.
