Leon previously worked at Liberty Group, where he was responsible for that group’s technology transformation, digital strategy and shared service operations. Prior to that he was director of enablement at Virgin Money SA, responsible for the technology build and outsourced operations. Leon was also a founding member of Arivia, a technology outsource service provider to large government corporations. He has a Masters in Engineering from Stellenbosch University
