ATG appoints Koteswara Rao Muppavarapu as head of technology

Koteswara Rao Muppavarapu has been announced as Argility Technology Group’s (ATG) new head of technology.

Koteswara joined ATG in 2017 as a solutions architect and is now responsible for the delivery of cross-functional IT projects and solution architecture for the company. He began his career in IT and software development in 2007 and has since then evolved into a technically skilled leader, with experience in driving innovation and scalability in complex, business-critical systems.

“My time as a solution architect was incredibly enriching – both technically and personally. It gave me opportunities to design and architect scalable solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive meaningful initiatives across our software solutions landscape. I have had the privilege of mentoring passionate engineers and contributing to a culture that values innovation and agility. These experiences not only sharpened my architectural thinking, but also strengthened the foundation for the next steps in my journey,” Koteswara says.

As a strategic tech leader, Koteswara is passionate about aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and has delivered several projects to this end, including MultiTRAX, VASUp, and WMS.

“Taking on this leadership role is both a privilege and responsibility to empower teams, align tech strategy with business vision, and nurture a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. I am excited to lead with a mindset of curiosity, adaptability and clarity – especially in a time when technology continues to evolve at a rapid pace,” he adds.

Koteswara holds multiple industry certifications, including Google Cloud Professional Architect, Google Cloud Professional Workspace Administrator, and Chrome OS Professional Administrator. He looks forward to applying his expertise to lead people-centred technology projects.
