AgrigateOne has announced the appointment of Avisca Venkanna as its new chief technology officer, where she will be responsible for leading the company’s IT strategy, technology execution and digital transformation initiatives.
Avisca Venkanna brings close to 20 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise systems and technology leadership. Prior to joining AgrigateOne, she served as software engineering manager at Healthbridge, where she led cross functional teams delivering large scale, business critical platforms.
Her career includes senior leadership roles at Hollard Insurance and Adapt IT, where she was responsible for building high performing teams, driving delivery across complex transformation programmes and aligning technology outcomes with business objectives.
Avisca holds a BSc in computer science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and recently completed a certification in the fundamentals of financial management from the University of Cape Town.
