Titi’s appointment is in line with the life insurer’s ambitious growth plans in the local market.

Titi Ngubane has been appointed as Bidvest Life’s new chief information officer to support the company’s next phase of growth. She has more than 23 years of financial experience and joins Bidvest Life from Ubank, where she was instrumental in digitising the bank's operations.

Titi previously worked at First National Bank, where she was the head of all technology operations for FNB’s core banking platform. She has a BSc in computer science and information systems and has completed an accelerated development programme (ADP) as well as a management advancement programme (MAP).

According to Bidvest Life CEO Lulu Rasebotsa, Titi’s exceptional track record of partnering with business leaders to drive business results and create points of differentiation in the marketplace was critical to her appointment. “Through her technical leadership, strategic thinking and business acumen, Titi is widely respected as a strong and visionary leader,” she says.
