Bureau Veritas Group appoints Zishaan Singh as director of global shared service centre

Zishaan will remotely manage the global shared service centre team in India.

Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification, has appointed seasoned technology executive Zishaan Singh to the hybrid position of director of its global shared service centre in New Delhi, India. Zishaan is a technology executive with over 30 years of experience.

Prior to taking on his new role as director – global shared service, he was the director – digital workplace at Bureau Veritas, where he was responsible for territories such as India and France, and where he managed his team while based in South Africa.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Zishaan was also responsible for introducing a concept known as “remote inspections” at Bureau Veritas, which was extremely successful and ensured that the company's 2020 revenue targets were met.

Zishaan has a BA honours in management from the Open University, a six sigma green belt from DuPont University, and various certifications from Milpark Business School, EXIN Netherlands, and Microsoft.
