David Almeida was appointed chief strategy and technology officer of AB InBev in April 2020. He got his professional start as an investment banking analyst at Salomon Brothers. David then joined Ambev as an M&A analyst before becoming their finance director for Central America. He then climbed the ranks working as VP M&A at AB InBev and CFO at Anheuser-Busch. David also served as the chief integration officer and chief people officer AB InBev. He has an Economics degree from University of  Pennsylvania.
