Mthoko Mncwabe was appointed CIO of Airports Company South Africa in July 2018. He joined after serving as group CIO at the South African Post Office (SAPO) and Postbank for four years. Prior to this , Mthoko worked for eight years at ABSA/Barclays Africa. His role at Airports Company South Africa entails adding value and driving efficiency in the business through direct management of application performance and ensuring the performance of business-critical applications. Mthokozisi holds a BSc. in Mathematics and BSc. Honours in Computer Science from the University of Kwazulu-Natal. He also has an MBA from Milpark Business School and an Executive Development Programme through ABSA and GIBS.
