Ray Naicker is currently the Group CIO of BSP. He brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience in the banking sector to his new role, of which 18 years were spent at Nedbank Group where he held various senior positions with his last being Group CIO. He has been instrumental in shaping Nedbank’s technology strategy and driving innovative digital solutions.
Ray holds a master of engineering from the University of Pretoria. He has also completed executive development programmes at Harvard Business School, Gordon Institute of Business Science and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
