Andre will play a crucial role in strengthening the company’s cybersecurity, implementing advanced security measures and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Razrtec, an independent consulting and core business support services company – supporting customers embarking on strategic projects and digital transformation, has appointed Andre Lombaard as its new chief information and security officer (CISO), effective 1 November 2024.

Andre brings a wealth of experience and expertise in information security, risk management and digital transformation. His deep understanding of these areas will be pivotal in safeguarding our digital infrastructure and ensuring the highest security standards across all operations,” the company said in a statement.
Andre’s prior roles include security infrastructure engineer at Internet Solutions, cybersecurity specialist at Performanta Group, and security manager at Datacentrix. Most recently, he served as a DevOps engineer at BMW IT Hub South Africa.
In his new role, Andre will collaborate closely with CEO Rudie Raath to align security strategies with Razrtec’s long-term growth objectives. His proactive approach to cybersecurity will help drive innovation, ensure client trust, and support the company’s expansion into new markets.
Andre will focus on integrating advanced technologies to enhance both internal operations and customer solutions, contributing to Razrtec’s next phase of growth and operational efficiency.
