Smollan appoints Marko Salic as data and tech cluster chief executive

With over two decades of IT experience, Marko Salic has been announced as the chief executive for Smollan data and tech, leading the company’s digital and data division.

Before his current role, Marko was the CTO at Argility Technology Group, a subsidiary of Smollan. He led digital transformation at Argility Technology Group and contributed significantly to its growth, which led to his appointment as chief executive for Smollan data and tech.

His 25 years of experience in software development, enterprise architecture, product innovation and executive leadership make him a tech leader who not only boasts deep technical expertise, but also sharp business acumen. As a passionate technologist, Marko’s role will continue to feature hands-on involvement in the cluster’s data and AI strategies, with the aim of scaling advanced analytics capabilities.
