Vinesh Gramny has been appointed group CIO of Tsebo Solutions, where he will lead the development and execution of the group’s IT and digital strategy across its operating geographies.
Vinesh brings nearly 30 years of experience with Tsebo Solutions, having joined the organisation as an assistant catering manager before progressing through a range of operational, technology and executive leadership roles. Most recently, he served as group executive for analytics, where he was responsible for driving data-led decision-making and enterprise-wide digital enablement.
A chartered CIO, Vinesh has led multiple continent-wide digital transformation programmes, with a focus on aligning technology investment to business outcomes, improving operational efficiency and strengthening customer experience across diverse service environments.
He holds a bachelor’s in information and technology management from Mancosa and has completed a leadership development programme at Gordon Institute of Business Science.
