Zuko Mdwaba has been appointed group CEO of Xponential, where he will lead the execution of the company’s growth strategy as it scales its operations.
A CIO Awards judge, Zuko Mdwaba brings nearly three decades of experience in the IT sector, with a career focused on building and scaling technology businesses. He has held senior leadership roles at Salesforce, Workday and Oracle.
In his new role, he will focus on strengthening execution and innovation across the organisation. “I am excited to join Xponential, as I believe what truly differentiates the company is its deep obsession with customers, combining a unique methodology with practical execution to help organisations grow sustainably and deliver real value to the markets they serve,” Zuko says.
Beyond his executive role, Zuko is a celebrated speaker and mentor in the IT industry. He also recently joined Jem HR’s advisory board and is an investor in the company.
Zuko continues to invest in his professional development through executive development programmes from MIT, UCT, Informa Telecoms and Tech Academy.
