Chris Shortt has been the Group CIO for Pick n Pay since April 2021. Prior to this he was general manager in information services for the same company for four years. He spent thirteen years working at UCS Solutions in a number of positions including chief innovation officer and programme director. Chris also worked at Affinity Logic and Spherion Technologies. He has B.BusSc. from the University of Cape Town.
