Dr Bongani Andy Mabaso has been the group CTO at Altron since 2024.
Before this, he was the CEO of Sita SOC. He has since worked at leading companies, including Standard Bank group, Transnet engineering in various technology and research roles.
Bongani holds a PhD in machine ethics and computational morality from the University of Pretoria. He also holds a Master of Philosophy in Inclusive Innovation from the University of Cape Town and a BSc in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Cape Town.
