Prior to joining Infinity Brands, Nkululeko was head of IT at Regenesys and the co-founder of Juggernaut Africa, an ICT services provider. However, he cut his teeth in tech as a software and network client relations consultant with Health Solutions Africa, providing support and guidance in the development of the eHealth Management System that runs primary and occupational healthcare facilities in and around the country.

The 2024 CIO Awards recognises individuals who have excelled in their respective industries in an IT role, have established and led outstanding teams, and have successfully completed critical initiatives in their organisations. The awards also highlight the world-class excellence that has become synonymous with South Africa's greatest IT leaders.

Once a nominee has accepted their nomination, a thorough interview will take place with the panel of judges, which is made up of seasoned specialists, business and IT leaders.
