Phumlani Nhlapo: Phumlani Nhlapo is a senior account technology strategist at Microsoft South Africa, where he works with some of the region's largest enterprise organisations to align technology investments with business priorities and transformation objectives. He specialises in helping executive teams develop and execute strategies across AI, data, cloud, security and digital transformation.
