Faith Burn was appointed the chief technology and operations officer (CTOO) of Land and Agricultural Development Bank of South Africa in August 2025. Before this, Faith was the CIO at Eskom and held the title of group CIO at Tsebo Solution Group and Novartis.

Faith also worked as a chief audit executive at ACSA and as an associate director at Deloitte. Her educational accomplishments include a master of science in mathematics from the University of Johannesburg and a master of business leadership in project management from Unisa.
