Ray Naicker appointed group CIO of Bank South Pacific (BSP)

Ray Naicker anticipates starting with BSP during the third quarter of 2026.

Ray Naicker brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience in the
banking sector to his new role. He spent 18 years at Nedbank Group where he held
various senior positions with his last being group CIO. He has been instrumental in
shaping Nedbank’s technology strategy and driving innovative digital solutions.

Ray holds a master of engineering in engineering management from the University
of Pretoria and has also completed executive development programmes at Harvard
Business School, Gordon Institute of Business Science and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
