Aveena Mothilall was appointed as the CIO of Engen Petroleum in 2022 and promoted to Head of Data in 2024. Today, Aveena has ventured off into entrepreurship and is now the founder of Change Catalyst, a youth development organisation. Her educational accomplishments include a postgraduate diploma in information technology as a bachelor of commerce degree in information technology. Aveena also won the 2024 CIO Awards Smart Data award for her work at Engen.
