IT chief Kevin Wilson in the running for 2025 CIO Awards

Stefanutti Stocks Construction’s IT manager, Kevin Wilson has joined the list of leaders competing for the CIO of the Year title.

Kevin Wilson has been nominated for his work as the group general manager of IT for Stefanutti Stocks Construction.

Kevin has been in the role since July 2011, after serving as project manager for Digital Architects between 2010 and 2011. Prior to this, he served as project manager of call centre software development for SEPIA, a subsidiary of BB&D, between 2009 and 2010.

Kevin started his career at Unisys as a field engineer in 1989. He worked his way to a role as national operations manager for CS Holdings, where he stayed and took on various other roles over 13 years.

He joins the list of nominees who will be competing to take home one (or more) of the nine awards up for grabs at the annual “Oscars of IT”, including the prestigious CIO of the Year title.

Following the success of the third annual CIO Awards in 2024, CIO South Africa continues to shine a spotlight on the finest in IT and their achievements. On 13 November, the 2025 CIO Awards nominees will be celebrated during a gala ceremony at The Inanda Club in Sandton.
